Upland Realty (also known as: UReal) is both a spark rental service as a bot tools provider. For everyone who stakes spark, they will not only be paid in UPX, you will also get access to tools that help you get the best deals in Upland. Upland Realty was founded at the 5th of November 2021. On the 21st of February Upland Realty reached the impressive milestone of 3,000,000 UPX earned by players who staked through them!

Spark rental[edit | edit source]
The spark rental rates are competitive with the current market, so you know you will always get a good deal when staking your spark.
Commands to use when you are renting out your spark:
/sparklending stake[edit | edit source]
Get a list of the next properties available stake on. Please stake on the properties from top to bottom.
Spark Lending Contracts[edit | edit source]
Do you want to rent spark from others? Since the 14th of January 2022 it is also possible to rent spark from others to finish your own building, through Upland Realty. This is super easy, because you won't have to worry on the continuous staking or the dealmaking part.

Banking System[edit | edit source]
The UPX you earn with your spark rental, you can either cash out in UPX or use to buy your own Spark Lending Contracts. For accessing the banking system, you can use these commands:
/banking myaccount[edit | edit source]
View the current status of your Upland Realty bank account.
/banking deposit[edit | edit source]
Deposit funds into your Upland Realty bank account from Upland. This will be handled via a Burner property transaction or an upx transfer.
/banking withdrawal[edit | edit source]
Withdraw funds out of your Upland Realty account into Upland. This will be handled via a Burner property, upx transfer, or sends.... depending on the amount.
Upland tools[edit | edit source]
When renting out your spark with Upland Realty, besides UPX, you also get free access to different tools. When you are a Visitor or Uplander you get access with or without renting out spark. These tools are forever in development, so there will be additions to this list.
Real time listings[edit | edit source]
The main utility given to all stakers (besides earning spark) are the real time listings. You are able to see every for sale listing of Upland as they are placed. Besides a channel with all listings, there are also separate ones for cities, collections, below market sales, buildings, and... fire sales!
/appraisal[edit | edit source]
Give this command a complete property address and it will give you information about the property including Neighborhood markup medians. You can also give this command a stat_days option which will cause the server to calculate a neighborhood median on a specified timeframe (if you don't like the one presented to you). Building Information is Not Active yet but planned
/classifieds[edit | edit source]
Using this command you can see all the unminted, Cheapest For Sale and Best Value For Sale properties that match the options you give it: City, Neighborhood, Street, Collection. FSA properties are NOT included by default, but there is a fsa option you can set to True if you are interested in seeing those properties.
/optimus[edit | edit source]
Collection optimizer for your account. This command will send you a DM of each City and the collection that it thinks are the best places to put your properties. It may be an improvement, or may not, but it does include a calculation at the end that you can check with your current collection settings to see if it is worth taking it's suggestions.
/city sends[edit | edit source]
Give this command a city name and it will give you the addresses of Planes that are closest to properties you own in that city. The perfect way to find sends.
/legits fanscore[edit | edit source]
View the FanScores of each team of either a discord_user (selected from a dropdown of server discord members) or an upland_name (the name of an upland account. You can also right-click on a verified member of the Upland Realty server and select apps -> nflpa-legits from the menu to see that user's fanscores.
Node Development Management[edit | edit source]
When developing a community or node, it is also possible to let the UReal bots manage your development. No more hassle with doing administration of your spark train, UReal can take care of that.
The requirements for Node Development Management:
- Sold out neighbourhood
- At least 20 group members

Sparky[edit | edit source]
Sparky is a dog with a bone when it comes to spark. Literally... This bot is a happy, overactive, helpful Golden Retriever. He will update you with private messages about your spark rental and banking transactions. Besides giving you this spark information, he loves long walks on the beach and chasing his own tail.
Upland Realtor[edit | edit source]
Upland Realtor is the more formal bot of this server. The realtime listings show up through this bot.
