7th November 2020: BEN68 purchased ‘30 Aquavista Way’ in Midtown Terrace San Francisco and minted many other properties in the area as the base for the Outdoor Decor business 'Samurai Aquatics'.
21st March 2021: BEN68 started a public push to get Midtown Terrace minted out.
29th March 2021: Midtown Terrace United (MTU) as a neighborhood development collaborative was officially formed by BEN68.
3rd April 2021: Through the connection with the Balboa Terrace neighborhood under the Upland Development United umbrella brand, Midtown Terrace became the first and therefore genesis node in Upland.
28th May 2022: Midtown Terrace becomes the first neighborhood to reach 50% of properties developed, in the Genesis city of San Francisco.

On the 3rd April 2021 when Upland Development United was formed, Midtown Terrace became the genesis node in the Upland Metaverse.
Midtown Terrace is currently the most developed neighborhood in the Tier 1 Genesis city of San Francisco (40.1% - 12th March 2022).
