LLama Libre is a DAO (decentralized autonomous organization). Our goals include:
- create and support neighborhood nodes. Primary focus is on premiere cities with an eye towards good proximity to transportation hubs
- supporting member metaventures and other busineses in our nodes
- strategizing for the future
Originally founded by Recourier as the Merced Manor node in San Francisco, Llama Libre now includes the following nodes:
- Merced Manor, SF
- Park Slope, Brooklyn
- Echo Park, Los Angeles
- O'Hare, Chicago (originally formed by TMSHRV)
- Little Italy / UIC, Chicago (originally formed by TDavis and BDag)
- Little Italy, Fresno (originally formed by TDavis and BDag)
Currently, any Uplander who owns a single property in any of our nodes qualifies for membership
